Return/Exchange

• Orders can only be canceled till they are not shipped. After shipping, an order can not be canceled, it can only be exchanged.

• All sales made are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled once payment has been processed and the order is confirmed. We do not accept returns.

• If you're not happy with the fit or style of your purchase, we offer exchanges. Shipping is externally charged ₹125.

​

• Exchange is only possible in case of size issues on size variation products only.

​

• Exchange Requests are approved/rejected within 2 working days.

​

• Exchange pickups are done in 1-3 working days once approved and initiated.

​

• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the packaging box intact.

​

• Pick-up will be attempted once. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.​​​​
